Normally we shall inform you the booking result within 24 hours. Payment is deducted upon completion and confirmation of booking only.
You are required to present it at the Apple’s Retreat upon check-in. We assume no responsibility if you do not present the voucher upon check-in. If you lose the voucher, please notify us and we will email or fax you a replacement as soon as possible.
1. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 THB.
2. For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee which didn’t charge by us is non-refundable in all cases.
3. Any late “Cancellations / Amendment” (received after the due date specified in the email or our website) or “No Show” (failure to arrive) are subject to a charge starting one-night room rate to total payment, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email.
4. All of the special request (such as bed type, location, early check-in, late check-out etc.) is subject to Apple’s Retreat decision only.

2. Whenever you get booking Reference ID : xxxx . Would you payment in advance by PayPal, we will make a booking and confirmation when we get paid by PayPal only. If you not payment we can not respond to booking and confirmation the room. we have only 16 rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. When you arrive and check in at Apple’s Retreat. can you show a Receipt for your Payment to Apple’s Retreat & Guesthouse at reception,please.

Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 02.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the after 04.00 p.m. will be charged at full daily rate unless specified otherwise by Apple’s Retreat & Guesthouse in writing.
5. Children Policy Cot for child 0 to 2 years will be provide free of charge. 100 % reduction for child 2 to 8 year old sharing parents rooms without extra bed. ( maximum 1 child )
Notification of cancellations / amendments can be accepted via fax or e-mail to e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org only but they will not be guaranteed.
Any cancellation requested 4 days (or more) before arrival date, the payment of one room night for each room will be refunded to your credit card with deduct a 20 % administration and banking charge.
Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your payment.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that is valid for the payment of your room and any other services detailed in the offer conditions. At the time of booking you MUST ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from our system within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Making payment through our online payment gateway . Should you fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show policy will be applied.
For payment booking, as per Apple’s Retreat policy to guarantee your booking, Should you fail to arrive or cancel within the cancellation period the Apple’s Retreat reserves the right to use this information to charge your payment the applicable penalty.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME
Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is 2:00 PM in the afternoon and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM)
You will require a valid credit card to pay for your reservation. Your card will either be charged the total amount or a deposit of the total amount of your stay including any other services as detailed in the offer conditions.
The charge will appear on your card statement as a charge by Apple’s Retreat. in Thai Baht or in your local credit card currency converted from Thai Baht by our bank, at their conversion rate applicable on that day. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If there are any changes to your reservation including extension, reduction of stay or delayed arrival, the guest MUST by e-mail : email@example.com or fax no ++66 34 514958.

SHORTENING OF STAY
The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-out, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to our cancellation policy as detailed below.
Cancellation made prior to the deadline: full prepayment booking will receive a refund, less
handling fee of THB500 or 5% of refund value whichever is greater; for payment booking, the payment is non refundable.
Bank charge or Transfer : Apple’s Retreat does not accept responsibility for the payment of Bank charge or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to our bank or the bank charge from payment by your credit card. Any such fees or charges are the responsibility of the client and it will be deducting from the refund amount whenever there is any cancellation with the minimum charge 500 Baht for total refund amount less than 10,000 Baht and 5% charge from total refund amount more than 10,000 Baht.
Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a cancellation charge.
A Cancellation must be confirmed back to you by our reservation. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it right away.

Peak Season (25 Dec. – 10 Jan.)
Full stay will be charged for all cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
No show and early departure will be charged for entire period initially booked.
High Season (01 Nov. – 24 Dec. &11 Jan. – 31 Mar.)
Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival = 3 nights charge
No show and early departure will be charged for 3 nights
Low Season (01 Apr. – 31 Oct.)
Cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge
No show and early departure will be charged for 1 nights
